History

The origins of Kailash Nath Associates (KNA) can be traced back to Lok Nath & Co. which commenced operations in 150 years ago and which had a flourishing business in cloth trade and real estate industry across Delhi and Shimla. KNA was setup by Mr. Kailash Nath in the year 1969 and since then has focused on creating high value real estate assets all over the country.

Landmark Achievements

Some of the noteworthy projects that KNA has developed are:

Himalaya House in 1969, the capital’s first skyscraper in Connaught Place, New Delhi.
Vindhya Commercial in 1983, among the earliest developments in New Bombay. This commercial office was setup in CBD Belapur.

Nilgiri Garden, one of the first residential complexes in New Bombay comprising of 500 apartment.

Apart from the above, KNA has executed several projects for reputed organisations such as the Army Welfare Housing Organisation, the Life Insurance Corporation of India, MMTC India, Punjab Public Works Department and New Delhi Municipal Committee.

Over 5 million square feet of residential and commercial space has been developed and the company has been going from strength to strength.

The People

The legacy of Mr. Kailash Nath was carried forward by Mr Ravi Khanna and now by Mr. Sanjay Khanna.

Sanjay has over 25 years experience in the Real Estate Development and Construction industry. With a strong family lineage – Kailash Nath and Associates, pioneers in high-rise construction in Delhi, and a personal network built over the last 2 decades have made him one of the most trusted names to turn to from Re Development to Advisory/Investments in prime and super prime properties of Delhi/NCR.

Sanjay has been involved in the planning and execution of over 35 real estate/construction projects measuring over 4.5 mn sq.ft. – ranging from cinema redevelopment, high rise condominiums, commercial office and educational institutional buildings.

He launched ‘Kailash Nath Townhouses’ to redevelop residential plots in prime Delhi colonies like Jor Bagh, Defence Colony, Malcha Marg, etc. into self contained and customised, boutique apartments. These residences follow the genre of urban Townhouses in London and Paris, with elegant and stately elevations.

Also, the new Master Plan of Delhi 2020-21 and the opportunities it presents are a special focus area for him, especially –
